Masu provided a comprehensive solution to all the challenges faced by Sigorta Birimi. Firstly, the outdated WordPress-based system was upgraded with a modern user interface and enhanced security measures, improving customer experience and data security.
Disorganized and uncategorized data was organized and secured. Training modules and videos were provided to help staff understand the new system. A new CRM system was developed, enhancing customer communication and staff efficiency. Additionally, a portal was created where customers could view their information and submit support requests.
Reporting processes were automated, customer data was made compliant with KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law), and necessary tools for transitioning to a remote work system were provided.
