ILA faced significant challenges in managing various processes related to their EU+ Mobility projects, including handling volunteers’ tickets, reimbursements, mobility summaries, project applications, project completion, certification, flight and travel arrangements, project planning, project feedback, and documentation. Managing these processes manually resulted in an additional workload of 3 hours per day, reducing overall efficiency.
Solution
To address ILA’s needs, we developed a custom software solution that digitized and automated all these processes. The new software allowed efficient management of project participants, EU+ project members, and coordination processes. The solution automated volunteer ticketing, reimbursements, mobility summaries, project applications and completions, certification management, flight and travel planning, project planning, feedback, and documentation processes, significantly enhancing ILA’s operational efficiency.
