Challenge
E-Mentorship needed a modern and integrated software infrastructure to effectively manage mentor-mentee relationships, deliver training modules on a digital platform, and create an efficient monitoring and evaluation process. Accordingly, we collaborated to update the IT infrastructure and digitize all processes.
Solution
As a result of detailed analyses and needs assessments conducted with E-Mentorship, we developed customized solutions for the organization. We provided modern software solutions with features such as approval mechanisms, internship and trainership modules, assessment tests, Zoom integration, training calendar, reporting, and analysis to manage mentor-mentee relationships. By adding course upload and messaging functions through Moodle integration, we digitized the training processes and created an effective learning platform.
